Child care worker in the Melissa ISD daycare center / early childhood classrooms. Job qualifications: Education/certification: High school diploma or GED. Special knowledge/skills: Ability to work with children, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, ability to communicate effectively. Duties and responsibilities: Instructional support, student management, other. Supervisory responsibilities: None. Working conditions: Mental demands, physical demands, environmental factors. Required experience: Experience with children in a day care or early childhood setting preferred. Salary: $26,695 to $33,500 commensurate with experience; $225 per month district contribution toward health insurance; $20,000 district paid life insurance policy. Months: 10 months from 07/28/2025-05/28/2026.
