Your Role as a Caregiver / Home Care Aide

In this role, you will provide non-medical personal assistance services, ensuring our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Duties Include:

Companionship & Social Engagement

Household Support – Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

Personal Assistance – Bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing support

Mobility Assistance & Transfers

Medication Reminders

Transportation & Errand Assistance (if applicable)

All services are provided with respect, professionalism, and a commitment to client dignity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

HHA or CNA certification is welcome but not required

Caregivers and Home Care Aides without certification must have at least 6 months of direct caregiving experience

Must pass a pre-employment physical & drug screening

TB Test Clearance Required

Criminal Background & Fingerprint Check Required

Reliable Transportation Required – If transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license & auto insurance

Ability to Work One (1) Weekend Day Per Month
