About the Role
As a Professional Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support to clients in:
Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, Indian Land, and Lancaster

Pay & Schedule
- $15–$19/hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- Daily pay option available
- Full-time, part-time, days, evenings, weekends
- 1.5x pay for holiday shifts
- Premium pay for select shifts
- Automatic $1 raise after your first year

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical only)
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands (when authorized)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of care
- Use company systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication during shifts
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- No experience required — we will train the right person
- Must be 18 or older
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with mobility and transfers
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must have a reliable smartphone capable of supporting required work applications (scheduling, communication, documentation)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Hours are based on client needs and are not guaranteed
