Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide essential in‑home support that helps clients maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Providing companionship and emotional support

Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Offering medication reminders and safety supervision

Working directly in clients’ homes with flexible shift schedules

Each Caregiver plays a vital role in improving quality of life—one client at a time.

Caregiver Requirements

HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required (we pay for Caregiver training)

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check

Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others

Prior Caregiver or healthcare experience is a plus, but not necessary
