Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while processing payments and managing account information to ensure positive customer experience.
Candidates with a stable, long-term employment history are strongly preferred.

Essential Functions

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
  • Record detailed and accurate account notes and updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide requested information
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals to earn an incentivized bonus
  • Adhere to consumer protection laws and FHC policies and procedures

Position Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • This position requires consistent attendance and punctuality; reliable transportation is necessary.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service and cash collections (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in collections, financial services, call centers, banking, sales, or administrative roles preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

  • In-Office role (Orlando, FL)

Physical/Mental Demands

  • Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this role, an employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and to lift and carry reports and records weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Security Clearance Requirements

  • Will be required to pass Federal background screening and/or state level criminal background screening.
