WHAT YOU EARN
- Employment Type: Full-time W2
- CPM: $0.56 - $0.65 based on experience and miles driven
- Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,500 gross average
- Weekly Miles: 2,200 - 2,500 averageDirect Deposit:

ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER PROGRAM
- Open to recent CDL-A graduates with 120 hours of truck driving school completed within the past 12 months
- Training duration: 4-6 weeks with an assigned mentor
- Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training period
- Mentors cover over-the-road routes, safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling
- After training: transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
- By the time you go solo, you'll be ready
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT and company policy
- Transport no-touch dry van freight on scheduled pickups and deliveriesMaintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs
- Complete and document pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Communicate proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members
WHO QUALIFIES
- 21 years of age or older with a valid CDL-A license
- CDL-A held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
- Open to recent graduates and drivers with 6 or more months of experience
- No at-fault accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 3 years
- No DUI in the last 5 years
- No safety-related terminations
- Employment gaps must not exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
- Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening
