American Driver is looking for CDL A drivers based in Newnan, GA who want to get their trucking career started the right way - with paid training, a dedicated mentor, and freight that actually runs.

Newnan's location on I-85 gives you direct access to some of the most active OTR lanes in the Southeast. This is a full-time W2 position with benefits from day one and a clear path from training to solo driving.

How the Training Works:

• Fully paid 4-6 week program alongside an experienced mentor
• You're on real loads from week one - not sitting in a classroom
• Covers everything: ELD compliance, HOS rules, inspections, customer interaction
• Weekly paycheck throughout the whole program
• After training, you go solo at $0.56 CPM

A Typical Week After Training:

• No-touch dry van freight
• Heavy drop and hook - around 60% of runs
• 2,200-2,500 miles per week
• Consistent Eastern routes with minimal downtime
• Mix of day and night dispatch

What You'll Earn:

• $0.56-$0.65 CPM depending on experience
• Most drivers take home $1,200-$1,500 weekly
• Additional pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
• Pay review every six months
• $300 orientation pay
• Direct deposit every week

Home Time:

• Planned home time every two weeks - no surprises

Your Truck:

• Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth (2022-2025)
• Every unit equipped with APU
