Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pottstown, PA. This position involves a combination of driving and hands-on warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and contributing in multiple ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for local and occasional out-of-state deliveries (approximately 70% warehouse work / 30% driving)
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and vehicle

Schedule

• Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed
• Occasional overnight stays required for out-of-state runs

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving materials
• Willingness to assist with warehouse duties beyond driving
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $23/hour
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • Years 1–2: 9 days
  • Years 3–8: 12 days
