Position Overview

The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for operating a flatbed tractor-trailer on local routes, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries. This CDL Class A Driver role offers consistent schedules with no overnight travel. The ideal CDL Class A Driver is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced in handling flatbed loads.

Required Experience & Skills
• Valid Class A CDL license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Ability to secure loads and handle physical aspects of flatbed work
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate a Class A CDL flatbed truck for local deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure loads and ensure safe transport of materials
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

Preferred Qualifications
• Flatbed experience (preferred, training available for the right candidate)
• Experience with load securement and material handling
