Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a CDL Driver :

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections using company logbooks
• Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and all local, state, and federal laws
• Deliver products or equipment safely and efficiently to retail store locations
• Ensure assigned equipment is functioning properly and report mechanical issues to a supervisor
• Follow company safety policies and operating procedures
• Participate in required safety meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers and coworkers
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Valid Class B CDL required; Class A preferred
• Air Brakes and Tanker endorsements required
• Hazmat endorsement preferred
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Background check and drug screening required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, or muddy environments
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed
• Background check and Drug test required
