Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vancouver, WA for a Chief Clinical Officer. The Chief Clinical Officer will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role entails leading program development, providing direction for clinical staff, managing behavioral health initiatives, and collaborating with interdepartmental teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Critical Care Medicine and general medicine practices
Experience in Nursing Management and leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Skills in Program Development, with a focus on creating and optimizing clinical initiatives
In-depth knowledge and experience in Behavioral Health and mental health services
Proficiency in regulatory compliance and patient care standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced degree in medicine, nursing, psychology, or a related field
Experience with CARF accreditation or state health service licensing is a plus
