Pay & Benefits

Weekly earnings usually fall between $1,300 and $1,500 depending on miles and experience. Freight volume remains consistent, helping keep paychecks dependable from week to week. Freight Details

This fleet runs dry van freight across established interstate lanes with most loads being no-touch. Average haul lengths range around 700–750 miles, allowing drivers to keep moving without excessive short runs. Freight includes a mix of drop-and-hook and live load shipments, with repeat customers helping maintain steady miles throughout the year.

Equipment

Drivers are assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Most trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerators for added comfort during longer trips. Maintenance support is handled through the company shop network, helping reduce downtime and keep drivers on schedule.

Run Schedule

Drivers normally operate on a 12-day cycle followed by a guaranteed 48 hours at home every other weekend. Dispatch plans loads ahead whenever possible so drivers stay on consistent lanes instead of bouncing between random routes. This structure helps keep miles steady while still providing dependable home time.

Driver Options

Rider and pet policy available for approved drivers. Drivers may take the truck home during resets when authorized or park at a company location if preferred. Support staff is available throughout each trip to assist with load information, routing, and maintenance coordination.
