Job Details
- Freight: A mixture of dry and refrigerated no-touch, live unload grocery freight to store locations in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV.
- Shifts: Start times between noon and midnight, with weekends required. Work 5 days on, 2 days off, with more shifts becoming available upon increased tenure at account.
- Routes: Drivers can expect to run approximately 1600-1700 miles per week. This will usually require 2 routes per working day (11-14 hour shift)
- Home Daily!! 1 day of on-site training in which you'll receive $125 and 3-4 ride-alongs at $50 per ride along.
- Must have personal transportation to and from.
- Equipment: Slip-seat operation in newer model day cabs.
- Customer Service: Must prioritize safety, have exceptional customer service skills, and handle customer concerns with patience.

- Vacation Eligibility: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 10 years.
Pay Structure

Average Weekly Pay: Drivers working 5 on and 2 off with 1600 miles per week can expect approximately $1300 per week (after a 90-day ramp-up period with no attendance issues).

Experience-Based Pay

Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $2500 total

Top Pay: Top-performing drivers can earn over $1500 per week.

Routes will pay Whichever is greater – Mileage pay or Minimum Mileage Band Pay
