Sanitation Associate

Partners Personnel is seeking detail-oriented Sanitation Associates to join our team at a distribution center in the Natomas area of Sacramento. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supporting quality control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Sacramento (Natomas area) Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour Schedule: Monday – Sunday | 10:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties
• Dust furniture, pictures, vents, lights, and blinds
• Clean windows and empty wastebaskets
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of and adherence to warehouse safety protocols
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate to meet daily goals
• Flexible and willing to perform various assigned duties
