SUMMARY
Document Production Team Members are responsible for producing accurate digital documents and transcription output in alignment with documented standards, client specifications, and assigned priorities.
This is an execution-focused role with responsibility for meeting defined productivity, accuracy, and quality targets while completing work in the correct sequence to support SLAs.
Team Members operate within structured workflows, apply standards consistently, and seek clarification when needed. This role does not include ownership of workflow decisions, quality standards, or process design.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce accurate, high-quality document output and transcription
- Complete work in required sequence, including rush priorities
- Review and proof work for accuracy and compliance
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets
- Follow workflows and formatting standards
- Seek clarification and escalate issues
- Apply feedback and improve performance
- Maintain focus during repetitive, detail-oriented work
- Adapt to new systems and process updates
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured workflows
- Comfortable in deadline-driven environments
- Strong time management and focus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Reliable and consistent work habits
SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Onsite production environment
- Overtime as needed
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
- Ability to read, review, and process written and digital documents with high accuracy
- Ability to view and interpret text and formatting on screens for extended periods
- Sustain focus on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
- Consistent use of computer and office equipment
INTERVIEW PROCESS & PAY DETERMINATION
Our hiring process is designed to assess both technical ability and overall fit:
- Application review
- Initial interview
- Computer-based skills assessment (required)
- Final interview (if applicable)
- Starting pay begins at $15.50 per hour
- Pay is determined within the $15.50 – $17.00 pay band based on relevant experience, computer assessment results, and interview performance
Candidates who demonstrate higher proficiency may be considered for other available roles within the organization based on business need and alignment to skill level.
