Clerical Support / Mailroom Assistant

Temporary with potential for hire
Hours:
37.5/week
* Mon-Thurs: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (30-min lunch)
* Fri: 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble policy packages and certificates (print, collate, scan, mail)
- General clerical support: filing, scanning, copying, emails, data entry
- Sort, log, date stamp, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing FedEx and USPS packages
- Categorize/count applications and claims
- Operate PB equipment and Xerox copiers; basic maintenance and service calls
- Inventory and assemble marketing materials
- Daily courier runs to and from the Post Office
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
