Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Remote/Hybrid Client Accounting Bookkeeper. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting our clients in managing their financial affairs, leveraging your proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce. This position offers the flexibility of remote work for 80% of the time, with occasional in-person meetings scheduled at our esteemed locations in East Gwinnett, Loganville, Grayson, or Lawrenceville. This is a full-time commitment, requiring 40 hours of service per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client-centric Approach: Dedicate 50% of your time to one client, ensuring meticulous maintenance and accuracy of their financial records.
2. Financial Organization: Utilize QuickBooks and Salesforce to meticulously organize and maintain clients' financial records, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
3. Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client, delivering exceptional support and guidance as needed, and ensuring comprehension of financial reports.
4. Precision and Accuracy: Conduct thorough reviews of all financial transactions to ensure precision and adherence to established guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Numerical Computation: Possess a strong aptitude for working with numbers and conducting complex calculations.
• Exemplary Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to maintain orderly and systematic financial records.
• Expertise in QuickBooks and Salesforce: Prior experience with these platforms is highly preferred, although training opportunities are available for exceptional candidates.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
• Remote Work Experience: Prior exposure to remote or hybrid work environments is advantageous.
• Geographic Proximity: Reside in or within close proximity to the East Gwinnett, Loganville, Grayson, or Lawrenceville areas.
• Familiarity with Salesforce: Possessing knowledge of Salesforce is considered a valuable asset.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's level of expertise and experience.
