Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating client appointments
• Support the development of basic financial strategies for clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth and professional experience
• Participate in team trainings and ongoing professional development
• Assist with onboarding processes and administrative tasks
• Conduct meetings virtually using Zoom or similar platforms
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
