Role Overview The Client Partner is responsible for owning, growing, and expanding strategic Financial Services accounts, with a strong focus on long-term relationship management, MSA expansion, and revenue growth. This role is designed for a farmer profile with deep experience managing complex, enterprise Financial Services clients. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage strategic Financial Services client relationships with full accountability for revenue growth and account health. • Act as the primary executive point of contact, engaging senior business and technology stakeholders. • Drive MSA development and expansion, including renewals, scope extensions, and commercial negotiations. • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across software, engineering, cloud, data, and digital services. • Build and maintain a predictable, account-based pipeline. • Partner with delivery and operations teams to ensure execution quality and client satisfaction. • Lead account planning, forecasting, and commercial governance. • Represent the client internally and ensure alignment across internal teams. Required Profile • 5-15 years of experience in Financial Services sales or account management within technology or software services. • Proven track record of selling IT / software services (consulting, systems integration, managed services, engineering services) and closing services engagements. • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial data platforms, and institutional client environments. • Proven track record of expanding MSAs and growing existing enterprise accounts. • Executive-level communication and negotiation skills. • Strong farming mindset with long-term client ownership. • Experience working on Nearshore Talent as Delivery Center
