Role Overview
The Client Partner is accountable for deepening and scaling Financial Services client relationships, focusing on revenue expansion, account ownership, and long-term client retention. This role requires a senior account leader who understands wealth management and advisory-driven Financial Services models.
This position requires prior professional experience at Raymond James. Candidates without direct Raymond James experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ownership of assigned Financial Services accounts.
  • Grow revenue through account expansion, renewals, and multi-year agreements.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Drive adoption of technology solutions across digital, engineering, data, and cloud services.
  • Identify demand early and convert it into structured opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account plans.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contractual structures.
  • Advocate for client needs internally to support long-term growth.

Required Profile

  • 5-15 years of experience in Financial Services sales, client partnership, or account management.
  • Mandatory prior experience working at Raymond James (any client-facing, sales, or relationship management role).
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, brokerage, or investment advisory operations.
  • Experience within technology services or software-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in MSA expansion and long-term account growth.
  • Strong relationship management and commercial execution skills.
