Description

Our client has locations in Horsham and Exton they are a growing, independent financial planning firm that provides financial strategy for individuals, families and businesses. They are looking for a Client Services Associate (CSA) on a direct hire basis in both Horsham and Exton.

  • Salary - $50-$58K base
  • Hours - 8:30 am to 5 pm

  • Report to - Managing Director of Operations

Overview:
A CSA provides an exceptional client experience through supporting advisors, managing account operations to ensure a seamless process. This role will work closely with financial advisors and internal team, assist with client onboarding, maintaining account documentation, preparing materials for client meetings, and helping manager ongoing service requests. Through this experience, you will gain valuable exposure to the operational and relationship management side of wealth management while contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment offering high-quality financial guidance. Your role will be the key liaison between the clients, financial advisors, and custodians.

Responsibilies:

  • Lead and manage client onboarding workflows
  • prepare and submit custodian paperwork including new client openings
  • Set up and maintain client profiles in CRM
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up through execution
  • Process Account maintenance requested (beneficiary, address chage and money movement)
  • Serve as primary point of contact for inquireise
  • Response to client questions
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records, notes and documentation
  • Escalate complex planning or investment matters to advisors as necessary
  • Support our client-first model to enhance satisfaction
  • Prepare meeting materials
  • Document meeting notes and track follow up of action items
  • Securely share and coordinate communications between adviors/clients
  • Adhere to firm, custodian, and regulatory procedures
  • Prepare/review client forms, maintain in system and meet compliance standards
  • Assist with internal reporting, account review, tracking and billing suport
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procedures and improve integration

Required/Preferred:

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detailed in fast-paced environment
  • Financial Services experience welcome, knowledge of investment concepts and terms
  • Experience in Redtail, eMoney and other custodian platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing)
