Job Details:

Expected Pay: $19 - $21/hr

Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST

Type of Work: Full-Time, Hybrid

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
  • Demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Work productively with minimal supervision
  • Can do, positive demeanor

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer support for client inquiries through the CE Portal, email, phone, etc.
  • Available as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and interdepartmental relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and client representatives.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client engagement by providing timely response times and clear communication.
  • Be a key contributor in client satisfaction.
  • Effectively utilize internal and external systems (OMS/WMS/Carrier Portals) to assist in case resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance.
  • Perform all other relevant duties as assigned.
