Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to provide support and assistance
• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain and update basic client information
• Assist in coordinating virtual meetings via Zoom
• Participate in team trainings and professional development
• Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
• Learn and apply foundational financial concepts through training
