CNC Machine Operators We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for running various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise in tooling, and quality control will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Run CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers according to technical specifications. Operate CNC equipment using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and understand G-code for precise machining operations. Operate auxiliary manufacturing equipment. Perform routine inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment. Troubleshoot machine issues promptly, perform basic maintenance tasks, and document production activities accurately for quality assurance purposes. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment within a manufacturing facility. Familiarity with Fanuc controls or other common CNC control systems. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling setup, and materials handling procedures. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, micrometers, and other quality control tools. Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and factory operations; forklift certification is a plus. Basic math skills for calculations related to machining tolerances and measurements. Prior factory experience preferred; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential. Ability to work independanetly and as part of a team.
