Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and assist the local branch as a Collections Associate for KONE Boston, MA? This position will work an in-office schedule out of our Canton branch.

If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you! As our Collections Associate, you will perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes. Disputes are facilitated by you as you coordinate with the appropriate parties.

You will bring 5+ years of relevant B2B Collections expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associates' degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP is required to be successful in this role.

The hiring range for this role is $75,900.00 – $99,645.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
