Energy Savers is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial systems, delivering expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep our customers' businesses running efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and chillers
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and peak performance
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Work with building automation systems (BAS) and controls as applicable
  • Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teams
  • Provide detailed service documentation, recommendations, and estimates
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across a range of systems
  • EPA Certification required
  • Experience with controls/BAS systems preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
  • Comfortable working on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
