Commissioning Project Engineer
A Commissioning Project Engineer supports the delivery of data center capacity through managing project milestone auditing, calibration, and commissioning execution for new construction and Capital Improvement Projects (CIPP).
Physical Requirements:
- Walk job sites in uneven terrain
- Work at heights and from ladders
- Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Lift and/or move up to 49 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or more
- Work in a noisy environment
- Work in environments that are colder or hotter than a normal office environment
- Work shifts longer than eight hours in duration with potential for night and weekends
Career Development:
- 12-month minimum timeline to advance to Commissioning Engineer (CxE) role
- Structured three-phase mentoring program

Work Environment:
- Data center environment and construction sites
- Lead and participate in meetings with various stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Mix of administrative and technical duties
Key job responsibilities:
- Manage project milestone auditing and calibration with partner teams
- Create and maintain Procore tooling for project setup and tracking
- Develop and implement Modeled Change Management (MCM)
- Manage commissioning vendor (CxA) relationships and deliverables
- Track and report project metrics and observations
- Create Scope of Work (SOW) documents
- Support commissioning execution for Phase 1 and Follow-on Room (FOR) projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders across data center regions
