Consumer Solutions Representative

As a Consumer Solutions Representative for Mavis, you will be empowered to employ problem-solving skills that will lead to conflict resolution, and customer retention and create promoters of the Mavis business. You will endeavor to satisfy customers by implementing empathy and understanding of the customer's needs. Customers will benefit from your patience and professionalism in your efforts to resolve their concerns and address their inquiries expeditiously.
