Position Summary

Person(s) to perform JAARS Base pickup and delivery to and from JAARS Offices, as well as to and from the Waxhaw Post Office and vendors.

Position Responsibilities

• Pick up mail, stamps, and packages at the Waxhaw Post Office
• Deliver mail and packages to various offices on the JAARS Base
• Pick up outgoing mail and packages and deliver to Offices
• Pick up/drop off items from vendors as needed
• Keep JAARS van filled with fuel and notify Facilities of maintenance issues

Position Requirements

• Cheerful, pleasant to wait in lines at the USPS, and when picking up and delivering mail

• Physical Requirements
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand and/or sit for up to 4 hours at a time
