Asbury Place is seeking a dependable and service-focused Courtesy Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Full Time and Part Time positions available

What You'll Do:

• Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas
• Monitor entrances/exits and manage after-hours access
• Respond to emergencies including fire alarms, medical situations, and security concerns
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any irregularities
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and documentation
• Provide resident support and concierge-style service during evening hours
• Report maintenance issues and assist with minor repairs (light bulbs, minor plumbing, etc.)
• Support emergency preparedness efforts and evacuation procedures
• Work with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed
• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment at all times

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Physical Requirements:
This role requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and responding quickly to emergency situations.
