Description
Quartz Crystal Resonator Handler
Handling and processing of quartz crystal resonators through various production sequences in a cleanroom environment.
Use tweezers to carefully handle and assembly small parts under a microscope.
Load completed parts onto trays with precision, ensuring no parts are dropped or damaged.
Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) documents to maintain consistently and quality in all tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
Education and Required Skills:
High School Diploma
Technical School graduate a plus.
Possess basic reading, writing and math skills (addition and subtraction).
Have strong verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
Demonstrate a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination for working with small components.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.

One week consists of four workdays (36 hours), and the following week includes five workdays (45 hours). Despite this variation, employees are paid for a consistent 40-hour workweek, with weekly pay.
