Custodian at Bucyrus Elementary School (M-F 3:30-Midnight) *Summer Hours MAY Differ Reports to: Brian Mitchell, Maintenance Coordinator Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent Qualifications: FBI / BCI Criminal Background Check Meet all mandated health requirements Complies with drug-free workplace rules & all board policies Keeps current with technology & other workplace innovations Custodial and/or building maintenance experience Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing & carpentry skills Ability to interpret & apply blueprint & schematic diagram information Knowledgeable about building codes, accessibility guidelines, safety regulations, & environmental laws Knowledge of micro-electronic & other HVAC control systems Available to respond to building &/or service emergencies Ability to work both inside & outside of buildings & able to do heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) Salary: $ 17.76 - $26.21 per hour commensurate with experience Hours: 8 hours per day, 260 days per year Start Date: ASAP
