Customer Relations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to assist with responding to customer reviews in a professional and courteous manner. When needed, you will coordinate with local management to assist customer needs. This role plays a critical part in shaping our brand reputation by engaging with customers, addressing feedback, and ensuring every interaction reflects our company values.

Qualifications

- Solution-oriented and adaptable
- Confident, dependable, and quick to learn
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
