Description

Primary customer service role that creates sales in person, on the phone or online through CRM. Greet customers and ask questions to determine service needs, sell and upsell services by emphasizing value added solutions. Create proposals, follow up and scheduling of services. Assist accounting functions through invoicing and payment collection, daily reporting and cash count.

Requirements

*Maintain professional standards of work ethic, reliability and communication.

* Deliver outstanding customer service with strong active listening skills and thorough product knowledge.

*Provide proposals to customers for all price quotes

*Answer phones and assist customers with proposals and scheduling.

*Respond to online leads with proposals and follow up phone calls.

* Greet customers at check in for appointment to confirm services and answer questions.

*Give client consultations with display to assist customers with product selection an upsell options

* Communicate effectively with production managers to facilitate schedule progression.

*Create invoices, collect payments, balance cash drawer and daily receipts.

* Maintain lobby area to enhance customer experience.
