Customer Service Agent
Overview:
Looking for a Customer Service Agent to support warehouse operations. This person will be the main point of contact for customers-handling inquiries, tracking orders, and helping resolve any issues quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Provide updates on orders, inventory, and shipments
- Help resolve issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Enter and track orders in the system
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams
- Keep records of customer interactions and updates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (warehouse/logistics preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with WMS or CRM systems is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Background in logistics or transportation
- Some college or related coursework
