Responsibilities: • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
