Overview
Holds primary responsibility for providing a variety of administrative and clerical support to the customer service department. The office representative completes data entry work queues, processes return mail, maintains account reconciliations, manages supplies, and takes meeting minutes for all department meetings. Also performs duties including but not limited to outgoing mail preparation, and incoming mail distribution.

Qualifications
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
- Preferred typing speed of 45 words per minute
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of leadership and the general public
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Additional Requirements
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Motor Vehicle Operator Designation
