Customer Service Associate
Our client, a leader in the financial services and fintech industry, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Sandy, UT (75 W Town Ridge Parkway)
Pay Range: $19–$21/hr
Shift: Training: First 2 weeks, and Nesting 1-2 weeks, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour lunch). After training schedule: 3 associates: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 4 associates: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Handle de-escalated customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Assist clients with account information and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
What's Needed?
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Lehi now, Sandy later)
- Reliable transportation to both locations
- Availability for training from 7 AM–4 PM for the first 2–4 weeks
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages a plus
