Job Title: Customer Service / Dispatch (Night Shift)

Location: Cypress, TX

Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator to support our Houston operations. This role will assist with daily dispatch functions, driver communication, and customer service support, specifically working with Lanter routes and operations.

Shifts Available:

  • Night Shift: Starting at 6:00 PM - 7pm 8Hour Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with dispatch operations.
  • Communicate with drivers and provide real-time support.
  • Support customer service needs, including coordination with Lanter personnel.
  • Assist with pulling and organizing route bags.
  • Ensure timely updates and accurate communication across teams.
  • Tracking metric report.
  • Pass Down report.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dispatch or logistics experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Reliable and able to start ASAP.
