  • Upselling & Product Knowledge: Suggest menu items or promotions to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
  • Handling Guest Concerns: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
