Customer Service Rep

Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Diamond, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 2255 E Division St location.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
