Immediate 1st Shift Temp-to-Hire Logistics Customer Service Job in Ankeny, IA!

Applicants must have prior logistics experience.

Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Job Duties:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Requirements:

• Prior logistics experience or warehouse CSR experience.
• Experience with BOLs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
