Description

What they're looking for:

- Customer service experience within logistics / warehouse / freight forwarding

- Strong communication (phone + email)

- Experience handling orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Systems experience (WMS, CRM, Excel) is a plus

Day-to-day:

- Handle customer inquiries (orders, shipments, inventory)

- Work with warehouse + ops teams to resolve issues

- Enter orders, track shipments, follow up with clients

- Maintain accurate records and updates
