Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Rep is the liaison between Customer and the company. They provide support to our warehouse and third-party logistics operation.

Requirements:

  • Warehousing background with knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory process
  • Ability to multi-task and work with interruptions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Detail Oriented
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
