Customer Service Representative
Join Midas of Clinton Township and Troy as a full-time Customer Service Representative! Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about services and products.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and communication.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Promote special offers and services to enhance customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Positive demeanor and a passion for helping others.
