Location: Norcross, GA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $18-$19 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a busy showroom and customer base specializing in closet, bathroom, and kitchen solutions. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, providing quotes, assisting walk-in customers, and delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls to place orders and provide sales quotes
• Work closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and pricing
• Assist walk-in showroom customers with product questions and order placement
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional or complementary product sales
• Research product solutions to help resolve customer project or field issues
• Maintain accurate order information and ensure timely processing
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying of items up to 50 lbs as required

Must Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service or order support role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with customers by phone and face-to-face
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Experience with closet systems, building materials, or related products
• Familiarity with sales quoting and order entry
• AS400 experience (preferred, not required)
• Some college coursework
• Strong initiative, drive, and attention to detail
