Customer Service Rep - Automotive Service Department
Frisco, CO
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Automotive Service Writer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to a team that values customer satisfaction and quality service. Automotive knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Writer in preparing accurate and timely auto service estimates.
- Receive, organize, and return automotive parts as needed.
- Check in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates.
- Support general automotive administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, service software a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
