Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Courtney Gulledge - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

About Our Agency

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Mandeville.
• Our office is open 9:00-5:00.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
