Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Requirements include excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening; being self-motivated; being detail oriented; being proactive in problem solving; being dedicated to customer service; being able to learn computer functions; having pride in getting work done accurately and timely; being able to work in a team environment; being able to multi-task; being able to effectively relate to a customer; and obtaining Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
