Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Our agency opened in 2022 and has quickly grown into a strong team of eight. I bring over 30 years of experience with State Farm, including roles as an agent, sales leader, and in operations, which has helped shape a well-rounded and growth-focused approach to leading the team. I'm a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Business Management and a proud parent of two high school sons. I stay actively involved in their sports and value the importance of teamwork both at home and in the office. I also come from a strong State Farm family background. We stay connected to the community through participation in State Farm-sponsored events and local initiatives. For our team, we offer a strong Aspirant program focused on developing future State Farm agents, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a commitment to work-life balance. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Walter Jones - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
